Come join a class and experience yoga with wonderful yogis of all levels. We laugh, and share, and find joy in the practice. Work at your level of comfort and feel peacefully, exhilarated after each class.


*Bring your Bolsters to Friday morning class each week and we will incorporate them into our practice.
